Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Outsourcing Division to meet goals, profitability, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and KPIs for the outsourcing business.
• Oversee delivery of services including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and management reporting.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support proposals.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely client deliverables per professional standards.
• Mentor and develop managers and team members to foster high performance.
• Establish and improve operational processes, controls, and service standards.
• Monitor resource use, productivity, and division efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and firm policies.
• Act as escalation point for complex client, operations, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with Partners and other service lines for integrated solutions.
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes to remain competitive.
• Represent the Firm in client meetings and professional events to strengthen market presence.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.

Key Responsibilities – Outsourcing

• Lead and manage the overall Outsourcing Division, ensuring achievement of departmental goals, profitability, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and KPIs for the outsourcing business.
• Oversee the delivery of outsourcing services, including accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, management reporting, and compliance-related services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting proposals, presentations, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and timely completion of client deliverables in accordance with professional and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop managers and team members, fostering a high-performance and client-focused culture.
• Establish and continuously improve operational processes, internal controls, and service delivery standards.
• Monitor resource utilisation, productivity, and operational efficiency of the division.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, firm policies, and risk management requirements.
• Act as the escalation point for complex client, operational, and compliance matters.
• Collaborate with Partners and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions and support firm-wide objectives
• Drive digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives within the outsourcing practice.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends to enhance service offerings and maintain competitiveness.
• Represent the Firm in client meetings, networking events, and professional engagements to strengthen the Firm's market presence.
• Any other ad hoc assignments and project when required.
