Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance, or full/partial professional qualification (MICPA/ACCA/ICAEW/CPA Australia).
• Assistant Manager: at least 5 years of relevant working experience; Manager: at least 7 years, preferably with audit experience in a mid-tier firm.
• Experience with accounting deliverables and client reporting requirements.
• Proficient in accounting software such as Xero and AutoCount.

Responsibilities

• Manage client portfolios and coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and review financial statements and statutory accounts in compliance with IFRS, MFRS, and MBRS/XBRL requirements.
• Provide financial analysis and advisory support, including monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and project management by following risk-control procedures and delivering assignments on time.
• Lead and develop junior staff through supervision, coaching, and reviews, while supporting business development.
