Job summary

Tealive Aeon Mall Nilai is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations and staff scheduling at the Nilai outlet. You will manage food costs, stock control, and ensure profitable performance while guiding front-of-house service and customer experience.

You will promote Tealive products, upsell offerings, and maintain cleanliness and SOP compliance. The role includes daily cash reporting and weekend/public holiday flexibility.

Qualifications

• SPM / O-Level educational requirement.
• Supervisor role requires at least 1 year of experience in a food and beverage environment.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.
• May be assigned to special events.
• Able to explain Tealive products clearly and upsell.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet staff and scheduling.
• Control food costs, perform stock take and stock orders.
• Drive outlet sales and profitability.
• Direct potential customers to the restaurant.
• Explain and promote Tealive products.
• Ensure drinks are prepared with high quality and follow SOP.
• Daily cash reporting.
• Clean and restock dining areas, dispose of trash, and sanitize equipment.

Job Scope :

Outlet staff management and scheduling

Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering

Outlet sales and profitability

Direct potential customers into the restaurant

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
