Job summary

Ayam Gepuk Merapi in Malaysia is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and high food quality and safety.

You will report to the Area Manager, train staff on menu knowledge and presentation, monitor attendance, and ensure smooth staffing and inventory control to meet targets. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Min SPM with 1-2 years managerial experience in Food & Beverages.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work overtime and on public holidays if required.
• Able to join training at Kuala Lumpur.
• Team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, supporting and guiding the outlet team while ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

• Analyze sales data, maximize sales opportunities, and meet targets.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on staff, sales, inventory, and any operational issues.
• Perform end-of-day procedures and other tasks as assigned by management.
