Job summary

Ayam Gepuk Merapi is seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high food quality and safety. You will report to the Area Manager, train staff, and drive sales while upholding company standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of F&B supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Min SPM with 1-2 year(s) of managerial experience in Food & Beverages.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Willing to work overtime and on public holidays if required.
• Able to join training at Kuala Lumpur.
• Strong presentation, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Team player, able to work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Malay, both written and spoken.
• Confident, proactive, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
• Owns transport and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Report to Area Manager on operational issues and customer service.
• Ensure restaurant is prepared, stocked, and ready for service.
• Train the team on menu knowledge and presentation.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Monitor attendance and conduct staff training.
• Analyze sales data to maximize opportunities and meet targets.
• Prepare and submit daily staff, sales, inventory, and issue reports.
• Perform end-of-day procedures and other tasks as assigned.
