Job summary

Tealive began its journey as a humble tea brand and grew into a Southeast Asia lifestyle tea brand with 800+ outlets. We are seeking an outlet staff member to manage daily operations, schedule shifts, control costs, and promote Tealive offerings with enthusiasm.

You will greet customers warmly, brew beverages to high quality, explain products clearly, and maintain clean, stocked dining areas. Flexibility for overtime and events is required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.
• May work special events, as needed.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet staff and scheduling.
• Control food costs, stock take and stock ordering.
• Drive outlet sales and profitability.
• Direct potential customers into the restaurant.
• Explain and promote Tealive products and offerings.
• Brew coffee or tea and serve drinks to customers.
• Ensure drinks are made to high quality standards following SOP.
• Clean and restock dining areas, sanitize equipment.
