Job summary

Tealive is seeking an Outlet staff to manage daily store operations in Kuala Lumpur, including scheduling, inventory, and cash reporting. The role emphasizes customer service, promotions, and maintaining product quality according to SOPs.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with flexible hours, weekends/public holidays, and overtime; SPM/O-Level or higher is required, with supervisory experience a plus. Training will cover all Tealive offerings and store policies.

Qualifications

• SPM / O-Level equivalent
• Experience in F&B environments is preferred for supervisor role

Responsibilities

• Outlet staff management and scheduling
• Stock take and stock ordering; food costs control
• Daily cash reporting
• Sales and profitability of the outlet
• Explain and promote Tealive products; upsell
• Greet customers with enthusiasm
• Prepare and serve drinks following SOPs
• Maintain cleanliness and restock dining areas
