• 2+ years' outlet management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the outlet.
• Provide and execute operational improvement plans to increase profitability.
• Maintain high standards for outlet appearance and visual merchandising, and product freshness.
• Train and motivate staff to improve performance and build an effective team.
• Order merchandise, maintain constant order flow, and ensure proper inventory levels.
• Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures for cashiers and cash-in-transit (C.I.T.).
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.
