Job summary

DKSH Malaysia in Kuantan is seeking a Crew Member, Outlet Operations to welcome customers and uphold high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. You will support daily outlet operations to create a positive shopping environment for customers and colleagues.

Training will be provided to school leavers. You should be fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and you must be willing to work six days including weekends and public holidays at the assigned outlet location.

Qualifications

• School leavers encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Good working attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a six-day working week.
• Willingness to be based and work at assigned outlet locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake products to standard, ensuring availability and freshness.
• Maintain a fully stocked and clean product display area.
• Uphold housekeeping and hygiene standards across the outlet.
• Assist in gift item wrapping and display arrangements for visual merchandising.
• Support customer service activities to ensure positive customer interactions.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.
