Responsibilities include maintaining displays, wrapping gifts, assisting with customer service, and performing administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• School leavers encouraged; comprehensive training provided.
• Good working attitude with a pleasant and professional disposition.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays on a six-day working week schedule.
• Willingness to be based and work at assigned outlet locations.

About The Role

The Crew Member, Outlet Operations is an essential part of DKSH's retail outlet team, delivering a welcoming customer experience and maintaining high standards of product quality, presentation, and store cleanliness. This role contributes directly to the Sales function by supporting daily outlet operations and creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues.
