Job summary

You will take ownership of display standards, product availability, and customer service, coordinating with store operations to maintain cleanliness, merchandising, and efficient workflows across shifts.

Qualifications

• SPM/PMR or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts, public holidays, and weekends.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and guide team members in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Positive working attitude with a professional and customer-oriented disposition.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent preparation and quality of baked goods in line with outlet standards to maintain product availability at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and replenishment of product display units to uphold a well-presented and fully stocked outlet environment.
• Uphold consistent housekeeping and merchandising standards across the outlet to support a welcoming customer experience.
• Support gift wrapping and packaging operations to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Contribute to effective product display and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement and in-store sales.
• Deliver attentive and professional customer service to enhance the overall in-store experience.
• Lead and guide team members in daily outlet operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent workflow.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

About The Role

The Crew Leader, Outlet Operations plays a hands-on role in ensuring the smooth and consistent daily running of DKSH's Consumer Goods outlet, delivering a positive and engaging in-store experience for every customer. This role combines operational ownership with frontline team leadership, contributing directly to outlet performance and customer satisfaction within the Sales function.
