Responsibilities

• Monitor monthly/daily sales performance and assist in maximizing business results.
• Support executive to maintain high customer service standards and oversee gift items production.
• Ensure stock and cash/credit card handling procedures are followed and discrepancies investigated.
• Ensure team members follow company rules and regulations.
• Assist in marketing and promotion activities.
• Handle any ad hoc duties as required by the manager.
