Responsibilities

• Assist in analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
• Prepare reports at the end of shifts/weeks, including staff control and sales.
• Coordinate with Headquarters on promotional events and marketing activities.
• Coordinate the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts.
• Recruit, train and motivate staff; provide feedback.
• Respond to customer complaints and ensure service quality.
• Maintain uniform standards and assist with reservations and menu guidance.
• Check stock levels, order supplies and manage cash drawers.
