Job summary

• Monitor sales performance and help achieve outlet targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and supplier coordination.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Prepare daily and monthly outlet reports for management.
• Conduct staff briefings and training to improve team performance.
