Job summary

UNCLEBOB is seeking an Outlet Supervisor to lead daily operations and supervise the outlet team, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to quality, cleanliness and safety standards.

You will manage shifts, support opening/closing, monitor inventory and cash handling, address customer feedback, and contribute to sales and customer satisfaction targets. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environment.
• Previous experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outlet environment.

At least 2-3 year of experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing environment.

Previous experience supervising a team is preferred.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
