Job summary

Nilai Mayang Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a motivated field service technician to inspect, service, and repair a range of building machinery at customer sites, ensuring safety and reliability. You will provide on-site technical support, troubleshoot issues, perform welding and mechanical repairs when needed, and coordinate with supervisors to meet scheduled timelines.

The role requires willingness to travel, overtime, and immediate availability, with a valid GDL driving license and

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Able to read, write, and count.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Willing to travel for work.
• In good health condition.
• Able to start work immediately.
• Responsible, cooperative, and with good working attitude.
• Must possess at least a valid GDL driving license.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspection, maintenance, servicing and repair of various types of machinery at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting services at customer premises.
• Perform welding and mechanical repair works on-site when required.
• Ensure all servicing and maintenance works are completed efficiently, safely and within the scheduled timeframe.
• Identify and report any technical issues, machinery breakdowns or operational problems to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are functioning properly after servicing or repair works are completed.
• Perform other ad-hoc technical duties as assigned by the supervisor.
