Nihon Parkerizing (M) Sdn Bhd in Klang invites a dedicated Maintenance Technician to sustain and improve company equipment and facilities. You will handle electrical and mechanical tasks, perform 5S, and support energy efficiency initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, has 4–5 years in manufacturing, and is organized, analytical and hands-on. Electrical experience is an advantage; physical stamina to lift tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skill and manpower to Maintenance Section Department to maintain and improve company equipment and facilities.
• Perform daily checklist and preventive maintenance as per procedure.
• Prioritize maintenance work and keep area neat and orderly by using 5S daily.
• Attend to buildings and equipment tasks; assist other areas as needed and prioritize urgent maintenance.
• Involve in projects requiring maintenance feedback and coordinate with contractors for proper information before work starts.
• Monitor spare parts inventory monthly and ensure proper records.
• Perform custodial duties for company equipment and facilities including electricity, water and gas.

To provide skill and manpower to Maintenance Section Department that seeks to provide safe and well-maintained company equipment and facilities.

Provide dedicated service in ensure the wellbeing of the company facilities and equipment in good condition and the effective use of energy and reduce consumption.

Perform assigned task associated to buildings and equipment’s.

Give assistance in other areas when needed and prioritize maintenance work due to urgencies.

Performing custodial duties associated to company equipment and facilities including electricity, water and gas.

Able to do certain repairs and installations.

Prioritize maintenance area and store in neat and orderly manner by using 5S daily.

To involve in particular project in company that required maintenance feedback.

To entertain contractor to ensure proper information deliver prior to project or repairing process start.

Observe contractor work to ensure the job have been properly done when required.

To monitor spare part list inventory every month.

To perform daily checklist and preventive maintenance as per procedure.

Any other work assignments as assigned by superior from time to time.

Professional Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Have experience in electrical will be an added advantage.

Must be well-organized, analytical and hands-on attitude.

At least 4-5 years’ experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Possess the physical stamina and strength to lift heavy tools.
