Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) is seeking a Warehouse Operations role to drive daily functions across receiving, put-away, picking, packing and outbound processing. You will oversee inventory control, ensure SOPs and safety standards, and monitor key performance indicators to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in warehouse management, knowledge of quality management systems, and ability to analyze data for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse management or quality control experience.
• Familiar with warehouse management processes and quality management systems; able to use data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing and inventory control.
• Supervise staff performance, ensure SOPs, safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor KPIs: inbound/outbound timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy and productivity; perform daily counts.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation and planning teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Onsite 5S management, safety, equipment usage; identify improvements for cost efficiency.
• Train new staff and support team execution under Warehouse Manager.
