LittleLives is seeking a results-driven outbound sales coordinator in Kuala Lumpur to clear a backlog of leads across Malaysia and Indonesia and set qualified presentations for the sales team. You will run high-volume outbound calls, introduce LittleLives, and coordinate product demonstrations with the sales executives.

This fixed-term engagement aims to support a launch into new segments, with potential extension based on needs.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B cold calling preferred
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily
• Good spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia required; Bahasa Indonesia a plus given Indonesia coverage
• Basic CRM familiarity (training will be provided if needed)
• Confident phone manner, resilient to rejection, organized with follow-ups
• Available for the full contract period, with flexibility to extend if the role continues

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to a defined list of prospects in Malaysia and Indonesia (Singapore to follow), prioritizing backlog and new-segment leads
• Introduce LittleLives and gauge basic interest and fit
• Schedule and coordinate product presentation appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call logs and appointment records in the CRM
• Follow up on non-responsive contacts to maximize connect rates
• Hand off qualified, scheduled appointments to the relevant sales executive with basic context
