Job summary

Maersk Group is seeking an Outbound Admin & Return Admin to support order processing across SCE, liaise with CooperVision Customer Service and TMS Planner, and resolve issues within the customer process and Maersk capacity.

You will maintain complete and accurate records for customer retrieval and audits, handle returns for Pure & Exchange, and collaborate with CooperVision Logistic PIC and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Admin: manage order processing in SCE and communicate with CooperVision Customer Service Team and TMS Planner to fulfil orders.
• Return Admin: manage returns of goods per CooperVision categories Pure & Exchange, coordinating with Logistic PIC and Customer Service.
