Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Outbound Admin & Return Admin to support order processing in SCE, coordinating with CooperVision Customer Service Team and TMS Planner to ensure timely fulfilment.

The role requires maintaining complete, accurate records for customer retrieval and audits, and handling returns in line with CooperVision categories Pure and Exchange, liaising with the Logistic PIC and Customer Service for issue resolution within customer processes and Maersk capacity.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Admin - managing order process in SCE & communicate with CooperVision Customer Service Team & TMS Planner for order fulfilments.
• Trouble shoot issue arise resolve within customer process and Maersk capacity.
• Return Admin - managing return of goods according to CooperVision category Pure & Exchange.
• Work with CooperVision Logistic PIC & Customer Service. Trouble shoot issue arise resolve within customer process and Maersk capacity.
