Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Outbound Admin & Return Admin to support order fulfilment and returns processes across our global logistics network. You will coordinate with CooperVision Customer Service Team and the TMS Planner, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution within the customer process and Maersk capacity.

In this role you will maintain complete and accurate records for customer retrieval and audit trails, and help ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Outbound Admin responsibilities include managing order processes in SCE and coordinating with CooperVision Customer Service Team and the TMS Planner for order fulfilments.
• Return Admin responsibilities include handling returns of goods per CooperVision categories Pure & Exchange, collaborating with the CooperVision Logistic PIC and Customer Service.
