Job summary

Smith+Neo Finance is seeking an Order to Cash specialist based in Kuala Lumpur to lead collections and cash application activities across our international client base. You will monitor overdue accounts, coordinate with Sales and Customer Service, and ensure adherence to the Group Finance Manual while applying our defined collections strategy.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' collections experience, strong Excel skills, and fluent English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation or equivalent.
• 2+ years of collections or cash application experience in an international environment.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end OTC controls and reporting.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Melayu written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect outstanding debt and ensure payment terms are met.
• Coordinate customer queries with relevant departments for dispute resolution.
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts; negotiate payment plans.
• Monitor credit limits and flag bad debt risks to Credit Manager.
• Support OTC reporting, SOP updates and process improvements.
