Job summary

Smith+ Nephew, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an Order to Cash specialist to manage collections in an international environment. You will drive dispute resolutions, reconcile accounts, and maintain customer master data while collaborating with Sales and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collections or cash application experience in an international environment.
• End-to-end OTC processes and financial controls knowledge.
• Proven track record of process improvements.
• Intermediate Excel skills and AX2012 experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect outstanding debt and ensure terms are met.
• Coordinate customer queries with relevant departments for dispute resolution.
• Allocate payments and reconcile customer accounts; negotiate payment plans.
• Own portfolio of low to high complexity accounts and monitor credit limits.
• Support peers and maintain accurate customer master data and SOP compliance.
