Job summary

Ansell Global Trading Center (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking an OT Infrastructure and Security Engineer to design, implement, and maintain robust IT/OT infrastructure across global environments. You will work with Aveva SCADA and Microsoft technologies to ensure secure, highly available, and compliant services for corporate and plant operations.

The role requires strong IT/OT convergence knowledge, Cybersecurity focus, and experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (Azure).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Microsoft Certified Professional and VMware Certified Professional preferred.
Experience in IT infrastructure engineering (Windows Server 2016/2019/2022).
Experience in virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and hybrid cloud (Azure).
Experience with OT systems, Aveva SCADA or similar.
Strong background in AD, DNS, TCP/IP networking, security hardening.

Responsibilities

Design and implement hybrid IT/OT infrastructure leveraging Microsoft technologies and Aveva SCADA.
Integrate OT into IT architecture with cybersecurity, reliability and compliance.
Manage virtualization platforms and cloud services for scalability and DR.
Support high-availability clusters and backup/recovery strategies.
Perform routine admin, patching, and performance tuning for IT/OT systems.
Document architecture diagrams and procedures.
