Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior OT Endpoint Security Engineer to safeguard OT infrastructure across global manufacturing sites. You will deploy, configure and maintain OT security solutions such as TXOne Stellar and MCS, while aligning with IT security practices and production constraints.

You will collaborate with regional teams, develop automation, and contribute to the OT security roadmap, ensuring compliance and robust incident response across heterogeneous environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Hands-on with TXOne Stellar, Portable Inspectors or similar OT endpoints.
• Strong OT environment knowledge including legacy OS and segmentation.
• Knowledge of AV, EDR, app control and policy management.
• Scripting/automation using PowerShell or Python.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender ecosystem (MDE/XDR).
• Understanding ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
• Excellent English and cross-regional collaboration.
• Experience in multinational manufacturing or regulated OT is a plus.
• MCSE or MCSA certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy and manage TXOne Stellar and OT endpoint security across sites.
• Maintain security baselines for OT endpoints, including legacy OS.
• Integrate OT telemetry and security alerts into central platforms.
• Develop automation for packaging, updates and remediation.
• Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage policies, allow/deny lists and signature tuning.
• Collaborate with OT/IT stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain runbooks, diagrams and SOPs.
• Support audit readiness and security improvements.
• Contribute to OT security roadmap and Defender/XDR alignment.
