Job summary

Yoda Tech Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced OT Security SME to lead cybersecurity across OT environments, including ICS/SCADA/DCS and industrial networks. You will architect security, perform risk assessments, and align with IEC 62443 and NIST frameworks.

Collaborate with IT, engineering, and operations to deploy controls without disrupting operations, guide audits, and mentor teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cybersecurity experience with hands-on OT/ICS security.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs and industrial protocols.
• Experience with OT network architecture, segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.
• Knowledge of IEC 62443, SEMI E187/188, NIST SP 800-82, and industrial cybersecurity risk management.
• Experience in OT vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.
• Understanding IT/OT integration and industrial network security.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, and security architectures.

We are looking for an experienced OT Security SME to lead and support cybersecurity initiatives across Operational Technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in securing industrial control systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and industrial networks, along with experience in OT security architecture, risk assessments, incident response, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain OT cybersecurity strategies, policies, and security architectures.

Conduct OT security risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and gap analyses across industrial environments.

Secure Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks.

About you

5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with substantial hands-on experience in OT/ICS security.

Strong knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, DNP3, OPC UA, and PROFINET.

Experience with OT network architecture, segmentation, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and secure remote access.

Knowledge of IEC 62443, SEMI E187/188, NIST SP 800-82, and industrial cybersecurity risk management.

Experience in OT vulnerability management, threat detection, and incident response.

Understanding of IT/OT integration, industrial network security, and critical infrastructure protection.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
