Job summary

Businesslist in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail-oriented Order-to-Cash specialist to support billing and accounts processing. You will review orders, prepare invoices and monitor account activity to ensure accurate financial records.

The role requires the ability to handle customer queries, maintain organised documentation, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and order-related issues. This is a permanent, on-site position with a language allowance.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage order-to-cash activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of customer billing, invoicing and account records.
• Ability to review transaction data and identify discrepancies.
• Confidence in handling customer account queries and following up on open items.
• Ability to maintain organised documentation and accurate transaction records.
• Ability to work with internal teams to resolve billing and order-related matters.
• Ability to speak, read and write for the required language.

Responsibilities

• Process order-to-cash transactions accurately to maintain clear and complete financial records.
• Review customer orders and account details to support correct billing and transaction processing.
• Prepare invoices and related documentation in line with agreed process requirements.
• Monitor customer account activity and follow up on outstanding transaction matters.
• Investigate transaction queries and resolve issues using available account information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, payments and account updates.
• Work with relevant internal teams to resolve order and billing issues promptly.
• Complete regular account checks to identify and correct data discrepancies.
