Job summary

Alfa Laval in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a detail-focused Finance professional to manage day-to-day Order to Cash operations including cash applications, inter-company transfers, and master data maintenance. You will work with SAP-like ERP data, Power BI analytics, and ServiceNow workflows to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

The role emphasizes collaboration with local teams, data cleansing, and ongoing process improvements while supporting audits and stakeholder queries.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Finance in SSC/BPO.
Experience with iScala and Power BI is a plus.
MS Office tools (Excel) and ServiceNow experience.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash cycle and master data management.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations within area of responsibility.
Process inter-company cash applications and wire transfers accurately.
Collaborate with local team to resolve payment discrepancies.
Prepare and distribute account statements and collection letters to customers.
Enter and maintain master data in ERP systems; perform data cleansing and updates.
Provide data support to improve internal databases and reporting.
Handle stakeholder queries and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
