Job summary

Everlife-Chemopharm Group is seeking an Order Processing Executive to join the Supply Chain team in Malaysia. You will manage daily order workflows, supervise staff, and ensure accurate sales orders while coordinating with logistics to meet on-time delivery targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business or operations and 1–2 years’ experience, with strong communication, analytical, and multitasking abilities. ERP knowledge is a plus, and high attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operation or equivalent.
• 1-2 years' work experience relevant to this role.
• Strong learning agility and ability to take on challenges.
• Good interpersonal, communication skills & effective analytical and decision-making skills.
• Strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Detail oriented with good judgment in resolving questions or problems.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in daily sales order management activities including document, information, product and operations workflows.
• Supervise a team to handle customer order management.
• Ensure timely and accurate creation of sales orders.
• Engage with external and internal customers to resolve issues related to orders.
• Achieve KPIs for sales order management as determined by management.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Negotiate with customers on delivery delays or installations.
• Report accurately and on time.
• Contribute to process improvements and SOP adherence.
• Ensure data integrity in the system and support audits.
