Job summary

Future Synthetics in Malaysia (Johor) seeks an order fulfilment professional responsible for coordinating order processing across internal teams, handling day-to-day transactions, and ensuring timely fulfillment for marine/offshore operations.

The role requires 1–2 years in order fulfilment/logistics, familiarity with SAP or Asurix, and a service‑oriented, meticulous approach with the ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• GCE A Levels or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years experience in order fulfilment or logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP or Asurix is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing across internal parties to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Handle orders for all sales divisions with professionalism.
• Manage day-to-day transactional activities and follow up on backlogs.
• Liaise with internal parties to resolve order fulfilment issues.
• Monitor pending orders and backlog statuses.

Key Responsibilities

• 5.1 Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal parties to ensure all sales orders are fulfilled efficiently and in timely manner.
• 5.2 Handle and manage all sales divisions' orders and requests with professionalism.
• 5.3 Handle day to day transactional activities.
• 5.4 Liaise with relevant internal parties to manage and resolve all issues related to order fulfilment.
• 5.5 Monitor and follow up on pending orders and backlog statuses.
• 5.6 All local purchases on Sales related orders
• 5.7 Negotiate price with supplier
• 5.8 COO Application
• 5.9 Price Comparison
• 5.10 Key in cash sales order (excel file) & monitor back to back payment to supplier with finance
• 5.11 Prepared cash voucher
• 5.12 Prepared CIPL
• 5.13 Goods Return Processing
• 5.14 Monitor Local Indent Fund
• 5.15 Any other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification and Experience

• GCE 'A' Levels or its equivalent
• 1 to 2 years' relevant working experience in order fulfilment management or logistics operations preferably in Marine/Offshore industry
• Preferably with knowledge of SAP / Asurix

Skills and Abilities

• Service-oriented mind-set and attitude and able to deal with non-routine operations situations
• Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
• Ability to multi-task and cope with stress in fast paced environment
