Job summary

KHIND Malaysia in Malaysia (Selangor, Shah Alam) is seeking an Order Processing Executive to join our Operations team. You will manage end-to-end order processing and coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance and Logistics to ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll verify orders in the ERP, handle invoicing, and generate reports while adhering to SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify customer orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Prepare and manage sales documents including invoices, delivery orders, credit notes, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain product pricing, packaging configurations, and promotional information within the system.
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment status while escalating discrepancies when required.
• Ensure all customer orders are processed in accordance with company policies and service standards.
• Maintain accurate records and filing of order-related documentation.
• Generate operational reports and provide data support for management review.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and operational projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.
• Share best practices and provide guidance to team members when required.

What You'll Do
