Gutor, a global UPS systems manufacturer, is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The role handles order bookings, invoicing, and cross-functional coordination across Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Controlling, and Export teams to ensure timely processing of every order.

The candidate must manage data in SAP and Siebel, support project administration, and maintain high accuracy in billing and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years in the related position.

Aufgaben

• Enter and process order bookings in a timely manner.
• Complete the Order Registration Process (ORP).
• Handle SAP project data according to project overview and customer's PO.
• Issue customer PO acknowledgements.
• Process project Change Orders.
• Upload BOM/ECO and weekly timesheets.
• Data control in Siebel (enter/update assets).
• Generate invoices: advance payment, partial and final.
