Job summary

ASK Resources is hiring an Order Management Officer (contract, 12 months) in Bandar Utama, Malaysia. Hybrid work setup. Open to fresh graduates, with exposure to international operations and end-to-end order management.

You will manage the full order-to-cash cycle, including order creation, PO processing, payments, scheduling, and invoicing, while coordinating with sales, logistics, and finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of Order Management / Order-to-Cash experience (fresh grads welcome with relevant internship).
• Experience in the chemical industry is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Order Management covering order-to-cash processes with internal/external stakeholders.
• Sales order creation and PO processing, payment follow-ups, and order release.
• Delivery scheduling, shipment creation, transportation coordination, and invoicing.
• Month-end reconciliation and import/export coordination for overseas shipments.
• Handle escalations to ensure timely order fulfillment and provide customer service.

About the Role:
Join a leading global multinational company and be part of the OTC team. This role offers exposure to international business operations and hands-on experience in end-to-end order management.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Order Management
Manage the full order-to-cash cycle by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including customers, sales, global business teams, suppliers, finance, and controlling.

Responsibilities include:

Sales order creation and PO processing

Payment follow-ups and order release

Delivery schedule coordination and shipment creation

Transportation arrangement and monitoring

Billing, invoice management, and document collection

Month-end reconciliation

Import/export coordination and overseas shipment monitoring

Escalation of issues to ensure timely order fulfillment

Customer & Supply Chain Support

Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships

Capture and share market intelligence related to supply chain topics

Optimize logistics costs through effective transportation management

Drive continuous improvement in end-to-end processes using digital tools

Handle customer complaints (NCM) in accordance with procedures and elevate when necessary

Operational Compliance

Ensure all operations comply with internal standards and local regulations

Report operational concerns to the Supply Chain Manager promptly

Requirements

Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

1–3 years of experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash operations
(Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply!)

Experience in the chemical industry is an added advantage

Good command of English (written & spoken)

Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred
