About the Role:

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Order Management
Manage the full order-to-cash cycle by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including customers, sales, global business teams, suppliers, finance, and controlling.
Responsibilities include:
Sales order creation and PO processing
Payment follow-ups and order release
Delivery schedule coordination and shipment creation
Transportation arrangement and monitoring
Billing, invoice management, and document collection
Month-end reconciliation
Import/export coordination and overseas shipment monitoring
Escalation of issues to ensure timely order fulfillment
Customer & Supply Chain Support
Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term relationships
Capture and share market intelligence related to supply chain topics
Optimize logistics costs through effective transportation management
Drive continuous improvement in end-to-end processes using digital tools
Handle customer complaints (NCM) in accordance with procedures and elevate when necessary
Operational Compliance
Ensure all operations comply with internal standards and local regulations
Report operational concerns to the Supply Chain Manager promptly
Requirements
Degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of experience in Order Management / Order-to-Cash operations
(Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply!)
Experience in the chemical industry is an added advantage
Good command of English (written & spoken)
Hands-on experience with SAP is preferred
