Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash specialist to manage end-to-end OTC processes and daily order activities. You will maintain customer relationships and support growth while coordinating with logistics partners for timely deliveries.

The role requires Korean language proficiency, a related bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in customer service or supply chain, and fluency in Japanese and English. A SAP background is preferred and a hybrid work arrangement is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, logistics, international trade, or order management.
• Proficient in Japanese and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of international trade, shipping operations, and OTC processes.
