Job summary

Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Order Management professional with SAP experience to manage end-to-end order processing, delivery coordination, and customer inquiries across regional markets. The role involves collaboration with supply chain teams and stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Order Management/Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related operations.
• Hands-on SAP experience is required.
• Experience supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) or order management processes.
• Mandarin language proficiency is preferred to support China-based stakeholders.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management activities, including order processing, delivery coordination, customer inquiries, and issue resolution.
• Process and maintain customer orders using SAP.
• Partner with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Experience working in a multinational (MNC) or shared services environment is an advantage
