Guocera Tile Industries is seeking a proactive Customer Service & Order Management Executive in Malaysia to process orders accurately and ensure on-time fulfilment.

You will coordinate with customers, sales teams, warehouse, factory and transporters, monitor shipments, and provide timely reports to the team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Diploma or Degree in any field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
