Job summary

Lifework HR Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Order Management Admin / Order Management Associate in Bayan Lepas. The role covers end-to-end order processing across channels with a 6-month contract that may convert to permanent based on performance, working Mon-Fri 9:00–19:00.

Location: Bayan Lepas Area. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate order records, monitoring capacity to avoid delays, coordinating with 3PL providers, and stock reconciliation to prevent discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and SOP compliance.
• Able to communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Capable of analyzing capacity constraints and taking quick corrective actions.
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent, own transport, integrity and time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end processing of all incoming orders across channels.
• Monitor and manage operational capacity to prevent delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all order statuses in our systems.
• Identify delays early and take proactive steps to resolve issues.
• Monitor stock levels, reconcile stock, and manage inventory movements.
• Coordinate daily dispatch, pickups, transit, and final delivery with 3PL providers.
