Job summary

Lifework HR Services Sdn Bhd is seeking an Order Management Admin / Associate in Bayan Lepas to handle end-to-end order processing across channels. You will monitor capacity to prevent delays and maintain accurate order status records within our systems.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and proactive communication with internal teams and 3PL partners. Contract is 6 months with potential conversion based on performance.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with emphasis on data accuracy and SOP compliance.
• Proactive communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze capacity constraints or delays and implement practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle end-to-end processing of all incoming orders across channels.
• Monitor and manage operational capacity to prevent delays.
• Maintain meticulous records of all order statuses in systems.
• Identify delays early and take immediate action to resolve issues.
• Monitor stock levels, reconcile inventory movements, and prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate daily dispatch, pickups, transit, and delivery with 3PL providers.
