Job summary

Reliable Business Technologies Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for clients in Malaysia. The role focuses on Core HR and Talent Management with strong business-analysis capabilities.

You will gather requirements, configure systems, support testing and deployment, and provide end-user knowledge transfer while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure successful project

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Strong Core HR expertise within Oracle Fusion.
• In-depth knowledge of Talent Management modules including TA, Performance, Learning, and Career Development.
• Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user support.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Configure and implement Fusion HCM solutions to business needs.
• Support testing, UAT and deployment activities.
• Provide functional consulting and best-practice recommendations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and prepare functional specs and docs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Consultants to support the implementation and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions for our client. The ideal candidates should have strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly in Core HR and Talent Management modules.

Key responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Fusion HCM.

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM solutions based on business needs.

Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Provide functional consulting and best practice recommendations.

Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.

Prepare functional specifications and system documentation.

Conduct knowledge transfer and provide end-user support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

About you

4-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Core HR.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Talent Management, including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Career Development, and Retention Management.

Experience in requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and user support.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
