Job summary
Randstad Malaysia seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion technical consultant to support Fusion Financial/Procurement and participate in enhancements. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure smooth daily operations and potential greenfield rollout in other regions.
The role requires strong Fusion hands-on development, regional/global end-to-end implementation exposure, and comfort with Jira/HP ALM for defect tracking. Hybrid working arrangement available in Malaysia.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of Oracle Fusion experience in implementation or support.
- At least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation on regional/global basis (added).
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Financial / Procurement / SCM or HR (preferred).
- Diploma/Associate Degree required; external EBS experience welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Support Oracle Fusion Financial / Procurement modules and day-to-day activities.
- Assist enhancements and business improvement initiatives.
- Identify and track defects using Jira/HP ALM.
- Troubleshoot issues to minimize business disruption.
- Perform development work on Oracle Fusion as needed.

- To support project (if any) and execute day to day support of Oracle Fusion (Financial / Procurement module).
- To support any enhancement / improvement initiatives effort required by business.
- To identify and track defects using standard tools (e.g. Jira / HP ALM).
- Troubleshooting and resolving application or process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- To execute development / programmer work on Oracle Fusion.
The role is an individual contributor technical consultant / developer role where you will be working with other functional, technical consultant, business analyst and project manager on a daily support of Oracle Fusion Financial / Procurement. You will also be given an option to embark with Oracle Fusion end to end greenfield and roll out implementation in other regions. The client is having global migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion - starting with Procurement & HR modules then Financial, overall SCM & others.
- Someone who has at least 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion within implementation project and/or support is an added but not compulsary. (EBS is welcome to apply)
- Someone with at least 1 full cycle end-to-end implementation projects on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone with at least L3 support (technical development side) on a regional or global basis is an added but not compulsary.
- Strong hands-on knowledge and development experience with Oracle Fusion in either one of these modules ; Financial / Procurement / SCM / HR or others. (EBS is welcome to apply)
- Someone with expereience in either one of these project management terminology : Agile / Waterfall is an added but not compulsary.
- Someone who has experience in automation frameworks / scripting is an added but not compulsary.
- Open for MALAYSIAN & expats that DOES NOT require VISA to work in Msia
- up to RM 17,000 & can be increased to experienced consultant who already earned more
