Job summary

ZALORA Group in Malaysia is seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to own end-to-end HCM across multiple markets in Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Europe. You will configure Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and related modules, while managing integrations with third-party HR systems and BI reporting.

You will lead BAU support, coordinate with regional HR teams, and maintain system documentation in a hybrid setup, supporting diverse statutory requirements and ensuring data

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Core HR and Absence Management with accrual rules and proration.
• Payroll data management and integration with third-party payroll systems (Oracle Payroll not required).
• Mass data loading with Oracle tools; familiarity with UI personalization and Redwood UI is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job description

This is a senior-level Oracle Fusion HCM role consolidating responsibilities previously held across two separate functional and technical positions. The consultant will serve as the primary Oracle HCM subject matter expert for the organisation's regional HR technology operations, supporting multiple markets across Southeast Asia, North Asia, and Europe. The role spans end-to-end ownership of Oracle Fusion HCM: functional configuration and BAU support, technical integration management, identity and access administration, and HR reporting. The consultant will also be required to support other HR-related platforms within the organisation's broader HR technology ecosystem as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Journeys/Checklists, and Learning, including approval workflows and country-specific configurations across all entities.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of Oracle HCM enhancements and provide BAU support including user inquiries, issue resolution, and quarterly release impact assessment.
• Own and maintain Oracle HCM outbound integrations with third-party HR and business systems across the organisation.
• Manage Oracle BI Publisher web service configurations, service account credentials, and integration health monitoring.
• Administer Oracle identity domains covering user lifecycle, SSO federation, access audits, and license compliance.
• Develop Oracle HCM reports, manage data loads, and maintain Fast Formulas for absence accrual and eligibility rules.
• Partner with regional HR teams, support non-Oracle HR platforms as required, and maintain system documentation and runbooks.

Requirements

Functional: Must Have

• Core HR, Absence Management including accrual plans and proration rules, Talent Management, approval workflow configuration, and Journeys/Checklists.
• Experience managing payroll-related data in Oracle HCM and supporting integration with third-party payroll and HR systems. Oracle Payroll module configuration is not required.
• Mass data management using Oracle data loading tools. Familiarity with Oracle UI personalisation and Redwood UI is an advantage.

Technical: Must Have

• Oracle BI Publisher web services for third-party system integrations, including web service configuration and service account management.
• Oracle HCM data extract tools for scheduled and on-demand delivery of HR data to external systems.
• Oracle identity and access management, SSO federation configuration, and integration troubleshooting.

Reporting

• OTBI and BI Publisher for operational HR reporting. Power BI or equivalent BI tools is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Learning, DFF/EFF configuration, and Oracle HCM Mobile experience.
• Hands‑on experience with non-Oracle HR platforms such as expense management systems, workforce reporting tools, or ATS.
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications.
• Knowledge of SEA statutory compliance requirements (MY EPF/SOCSO, PH SSS/PhilHealth, ID BPJS, etc.).
