Job summary

AEM Microtronics (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented QA Technician to perform outgoing quality checks on various products, and to conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and functional tests according to the checklist. You will prepare, file and maintain inspection records, perform in-process inspections during production builds, and maintain test equipment and fixtures.

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical testing.
• 2+ years in equipment manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Good teamwork and willingness to learn; able to work under pressure and on shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform outgoing quality checks on diverse products.
• Conduct mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and functional tests per checklist to ensure tool quality.
• Prepare, file and maintain inspection records.
• Maintain test equipment, tools and fixtures.
• Conduct in-process inspection and audits during production builds.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Monitor crate activities to ensure compliant crating per customer requirements.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics

Knowledgeable in conducting mechanical/electrical testing

At least 2 years of working experience in equipment manufacturing industry, semiconductor industry

Teamwork, commitment, willing to take new challenges, willing to learn

Calm and clear headed under urgent pressure and able to support shift schedule and Over Time.
