Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an all-rounder project lead to plan, coordinate and deploy optical transmission infra (DWDM, OTN) across vendor, field ops and stakeholder teams.

You will drive scope, milestones, risk and change management, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and maintain documentation from kickoff to handover.

This role requires 3+ years in telecom project delivery, a relevant engineering degree, and PM tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Information Technology, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Land Survey, or related field.
• More than 3 years experience in telecommunications/related field.
• PM certification (PMP) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, CAPEX/OPEX monitoring and deliverables.
• Coordinate project delivery teams and assign tasks effectively.
• Track progress and ensure project milestones are met.
• Vendor and supplier management.
• Manage risks, issues, and changes while keeping the project on track.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Manage project closure with stakeholder acknowledgement and documentation.
• Ensure DO/PO closure, lessons learned and handover are completed.
