Job summary

Vision Technology Consulting is seeking an IT Project Lead/Manager in Malaysia to drive project plans, timelines, and budgets while leading a cross-functional team. You will liaise with clients to capture requirements, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of enterprise software solutions for the telecommunications sector.

The role requires 5–7 years of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–7 years of project management experience.
PMP certification is a plus, but not required.
Experience implementing enterprise software solutions for telecommunications.

Responsibilities

Develop project plans, timelines and budgets to meet objectives.
Lead the project team across the lifecycle to achieve milestones on time and within budget.
Liaise with clients to understand requirements and align expectations.
Identify and manage risks to minimise delays and budget overruns.
Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for successful outcomes.
Ensure deliverables are on time and of high quality.
Provide regular status updates to management and clients.
Coach and manage the project team to ensure quality work.
Analyse project data and metrics to monitor progress and drive improvements.
Keep project documentation up-to-date and accessible.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with other teams.
