Job summary

TIME dotCom Berhad is seeking an all-rounder to drive deployment of optical transmission infrastructure and coordinate across technical teams, vendors, and field operations. You will ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and compliance with project goals.

The role requires a strong background in telecommunications, over 3 years of experience, and familiarity with PM tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint. PMP certification is highly desirable for this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering or IT field.
• 3+ years in telecom project coordination/implementation.
• PMP certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and budgets.
• Coordinate delivery teams and assign tasks.
• Track milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage vendors and supplier relationships.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, changes.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Close project with proper documentation and handover.
• Capture lessons learned and ensure DO/PO closure.
