Jora Malaysia is seeking Production Operators to join the manufacturing team and actively participate in daily assembly line activities. You will help ensure product quality, uphold safety standards, and strive to hit production targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role welcomes fresh graduates with on-the-job training, and offers overtime opportunities, health and safety measures, and a supportive team environment. Applicants should be prepared for rotating Day/Night shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate production machinery and assembly lines in line with SOPs.

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Operators to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily assembly line operations, ensuring high product quality, maintaining safety standards, and reaching production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate production machinery and assembly lines in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Line Maintenance: Assist with line setup, routine cleaning, and organizing the workspace according to 5S principles.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow company safety regulations and report any machine faults, safety hazards, or defects immediately to supervisors.

• Targets: Work closely with team members to hit daily output goals.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum SPM / O-Levels / High School Certificate or equivalent.

• Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (on-the-job training provided).

• Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (Day/Night) and perform overtime when required.

• Skills & Attributes:

  • Good discipline, punctual, and reliable attendance record.
