The Operator will be responsible for operating production machines, performing assembly work, conducting product inspection, deburring and ensuring production targets and quality requirements are achieved. The ideal candidate should be responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a manufacturing environment.

Requirement
- Education Minimum SPM qualification.
- Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field is an added advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, CNC machining, assembly, or production operation is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates with strong learning ability and positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of production processes and work instructions.
- Able to read basic drawings, specifications, and production documents is an advantage.
- Willing to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes.
- Good discipline and attendance record.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and committed towards achieving production targets.
- Willing to work overtime and shift when required.
Responsibilities
- Operate production machines according to work instructions.
- Perform machining, assembly, inspection, deburring and production activities.
- Follow daily production schedules and achieve required output.
- Ensure machines are operated safely and correctly.
- Perform machine setup and basic adjustment when required.
- Monitor machine operation and report abnormalities.
- Perform in-process inspection according to quality requirements.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and report defects or non-conforming products.
- Complete inspection records and production documents.
- Follow company quality procedures and ISO requirements.
- Complete production records, check sheets, and reports.
- Record production output, downtime, and rejection details.
- Maintain accurate production information.
- Follow occupational safety and health requirements.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and 5S standards.
- Report unsafe conditions to Supervisor.
- Support continuous improvement activities.
- Assist other departments when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Management.
