Job summary

NF FORWARD in Malaysia's Kulai region is seeking motivated Production Operators to join our electronics manufacturing team. This stable, long-term role offers training and a structured environment with opportunities to grow in quality-focused production.

You will assemble electronic components, test, inspect quality, follow SOPs, maintain cleanliness, and support steady production flow. Overtime up to 3 hours/day may be required to meet schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant production / assembly experience are encouraged to apply.
• Good eyesight and strong attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive production tasks.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Able to sit or stand for extended periods as required.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary (up to 3 hours/day).
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions strictly.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (including 1-hour break)

• Overtime: Up to 3 hours per day based on production needs

• Weekends off (occasional overtime may be required depending on production schedule)
