Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Bayan Lepas. This role is suitable for hardworking individuals who are willing to learn and follow instructions, with training provided and overtime as needed.

No prior experience is required; school leavers and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates must be punctual, responsible, and able to work in a team, with basic hands-on skills considered an advantage. Transport to work is required or arrangeable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production, assembly, wiring, and basic manufacturing tasks.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and supervisor guidance.
• Perform simple checking and quality inspection.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the workstation.
• Support production output and delivery targets.
• Support overtime when required to meet production schedules.
• Report any defects, mistakes, or production issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with other production-related tasks when required.
